Paul and Wendy young were given the vision for Off The Fence a number of years ago.They have a strong missionary vision, having worked with Operation Mobilisation visiting many very needy countries. Yet they were keenly aware of the needs of their local community.In obedience to God, they felt it was time to 'get off the fence' and put theories into practice. And so the work of Off The Fence was born.Since then, many lives have been changed by the love of Jesus Christ. Today Off The Fence is a trust composed of committed Christians from local churches.
Off The Fence is evangelical in faith and practice. We adhere to the Statement of Faith adopted by the Evangelical Alliance.

It's a Boy!

It's a Boy!is a fantastic way to communicate the wonderment of the Christmas story. Initially just a booklet, then a musical, CD and Christmas cards, we are now developing an exciting new animation which tells the events of the very first Christmas through the eyes of three small quails. To be released in 2004 it promises to be an amazing resource that young and old will enjoy.
This year, from the creative mind of Steve Legg, comes a Talking Book and a stunning Hard Backed book that children of all ages with enjoy and cherish.

The Breakout Trust is a registered Christian charity committed to communicating the relevance of the Christian faith. Its Director is Steve Legg, a well-known Christian speaker, entertainer and writer.
Many people, both young and old, consider Christianity to be outdated and irrelevant and only for boring people whose idea of fun is to go to Church all day on a Sunday, video Songs of Praise and play the tambourine! It's the aim of The Breakout Trust, often through humour and fun, to smash many of those misconceptions, and to show how faith in Jesus Christ is not only reasonable, but relevant and vitally important.
In his role as Founding Director, Steve Legg, travels extensively across the United Kingdom and indeed the world, entertaining, speaking and challenging people of all ages. Since 1988, face to face and through the medium of radio and television he has had the privilege of reaching millions across the globe, and seen thousands come to know the reality of the Christian faith for themselves.
